Why is my wallet split into three balances?

Deposit Balance is money you funded, Task Balance is money you earned from tasks and games, and Referral Balance is money from activated referrals. Each has its own rules, which keeps payouts transparent.

Can I upgrade my plan with my earnings?

No. Plan upgrades are funded from Deposit Balance only. Task and referral earnings are for withdrawal.

Why was my task submission rejected?
